Each strategy is rated against four maturity levels, from Level 0 (not aligned) to Level 3 (fully aligned). Your overall position is only as good as your weakest strategy.
Why it matters
Organisations are usually asked to reach a specific level, most often Maturity Level Two, across every strategy. Understanding what each level demands lets you plan and budget with confidence.
